ガザ空爆国際社会、反応鈍く　欧米「自衛」に理解（毎日新聞）

潘基文（バンギムン）国連事務総長は２９日の記者会見で、イスラエルの自衛権は認めるとしながらも、空爆が「度を越したもの」との見方を示した。そのうえで「周辺地域や国際社会の指導者は（事態収拾のため）十分なことをしていない」と不満をもらした。
米国家安全保障会議ＮＳＣのジョンドロー報道官は２９日、空爆について「イスラエルの自己防衛に必要な行動」と述べ、事態の責任はイスラム原理主義組織ハマス側にあるとの見方を強調した。
２７日にはライス米国務長官が、ガザでの暴力再燃はハマスの責任だとする声明を発表した。
ブラウン英首相は２９日、イスラエルに強く自制を求める一方で「イスラエルには、自国民を守らなければならない義務がある」と理解を示した。
独、メルケル首相は２８日のオルメルト・イスラエル首相との電話会談で「事態の責任は一義的にハマスにある」との見解で一致したという。"
