スウェーデンへの移送をめぐる英治安裁判所の次回尋問は１月１１日。
同容疑者はロンドンから北東へ約１５０キロ離れた支持者の邸宅で暮らしており、入浴中も電子タグを着け、１日に１度警察に出頭している。
クレジットカード大手やバンク・オブ・アメリカなどはウィキリークスへの寄付金送金の取引を停止。裁判費用捻出のため同容疑者は米出版社と自伝執筆の契約を結ぶなど、活動資金の捻出に躍起となっている。英紙によると、自伝の収入は約１億４３００万円相当に上るという。
