MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - The International Space Station will be dismantled after 2015 to be replaced with a new orbital station, a Russian Space Agency official said Tuesday.
"It is necessary because at present we can monitor less than 10% of Russian territory, but with a new station the coverage will be increased tenfold," said Vitaly Davydov, deputy head of the agency.
He said the new space station would be used to produce materials that are impossible to manufacture on Earth and to improve the methods of remote monitoring of the Earth.
Davydov also said Russia would test technologies for space travel to the Moon and Mars in 2015-2025. 大雑把な予定のみ?

MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - The International Space Station will be dismantled after 2015 to be replaced with a new orbital station, a Russian Space Agency official said Tuesday.
"It is necessary because at present we can monitor less than 10% of Russian territory, but with a new station the coverage will be increased tenfold," said Vitaly Davydov, deputy head of the agency.

He said the new space station would be used to produce materials that are impossible to manufacture on Earth and to improve the methods of remote monitoring of the Earth.
Davydov also said Russia would test technologies for space travel to the Moon and Mars in 2015-2025. 大雑把な予定のみ?

"BEIJING, 08/24 - China and Russia are planning a joint mission to Mars that will not only bring samples back to earth but also land on one of the red planet`s tiny moons, a Chinese space scientist here has said.
Ye Peijian, a leading scientist with the Chinese Research Institute of Space Technology, made the announcement at an ongoing forum on China`s space technology development.
Ye said Russia will launch the spacecraft in 2009 and it will carry China-made survey equipment. It will collect samples on Mars and the planet`s nearest moon." AngolaPress - News

PROX that will be used for the HTV (H-II Transfer Vehicle) rendezvous and berthing
ISS On-Orbit Status 10/20/08
ISS Daily Reports | Office of Space Operations

[The ICS is Japan's unique system for uplinking & downlinking data, images, and voice data between Kibo and the Mission Control Room at TKCS (Tsukuba Space Center). The ICS Rack houses the ICS-PM (Pressurized Module) subsystem that enables data communications between Kibo and TKSC through the Japanese DRTS (Data Relay Test Satellite) known as Kodama.
In addition, the ICS Rack includes the PROX that will be used for the HTV (H-II Transfer Vehicle) rendezvous and berthing.
PROX consists of a PROX antenna, a PROX-GPS antenna, PROX comm equipment and an HCP. With the exception of the PROX antenna, the PROX-GPS antenna and the HCP, the PROX is also installed in the JPM.
When the HTV approaches the ISS, the PROX antenna, which contains GPS receivers, will initiate communications with the HTV. The ISS orbital location and speed are immediately relayed to the HTV through the PROX.
At the same time, data from the HTV are relayed to the ISS. In addition, the antenna relays commands sent from the ground to the HTV.]"

"The resulting cumulations of Dirac holes in deeper space is the so-called “dark matter” the astrophysicists are so avidly seeking. Their associated negative energy fields are the “dark energy” also so avidly sought by the astrophysicists. If we develop the use of Dirac holes (dark matter) and their negative EM energy fields (dark energy) in laboratory equipment, we also can then rapidly develop practical antigravity devices and systems.
